What is your turnaround time?
Faux Fur Pom Poms are made to order and have a turnaround time of approximately 1 week from date of order.
Custom order beanies turnaround 2-3 weeks from time of order. Depending on complexity of order.
All of our ready to ship beanies and items will ship within 1-2 business days.
How long will shipping take?
Your order will ship 1-2 days after turnaround time is completed.
Shipping costs are based off flat rate options or Calculated based on weight, dimensions and destination.
I offer free domestic shipping on orders over $75.
All orders will be sent via USPS and include a tracking number.
Do you do bulk orders?
Please reach out to through the contact page to inquire about placing a bulk order of faux fur poms. I will work with you to create a custom listing reserved just for with the details of the faux fur poms you are needing. Bulk order turn around times have a 2-3 week turn around time depending on quantity needed.
How do I order a custom beanie ?
Please reach out to me through the contact page to inquire about a custom knit beanie. I will work with you to design the beanie you have in mind for you or your loved one. Custom order beanies turnaround time is approximately 2-3 weeks from time of order depending on complexity of design.
What is your return/refund policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please use the contact form to reach out to us with the details of your order and your concerns.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned digital download patterns, custom products (such as special orders, custom made beanie’s, personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
What if my package is lost?
North Star Stitches cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. Any packages marked as delivered by USPS but are not received are the responsibility of you (the buyer) and your local USPS. Please contact your local Post Office for these rare instances. It can also be helpful to check under porches or behind objects, and check with neighbors to see if they received your package by mistake. Please be assured lost packages are extremely rare and tracking numbers will always be provided.
